A. You will receive one hour phone calls once a week for four weeks.

 

I provide very detailed and specific guidelines, specific instructions, during the one hour calls.

 

During the program you may be given process maps, organizational charts, templates for hiring, templates for a training, templates for campaign optimization if needed to help you further your goals or my team and I will help you craft your own materials specific to your company.

 

with my unique approach to business, proprietary strategies, tools and tactics you will be able to streamline, innovate and maximize your business’s full potential.

 

You may also get templates for media buying, and I’m going to thoroughly explain everything to you to the best of my abilities.

 

Each week I’m going to be giving you checklist and guidelines in regards to finding offers, advising you on how to talk to the advertisers and Affiliate managers and asking the right

questions, and looking at traffic sources.

 

Once you understand the process… (which shouldn’t take you that long

as you have talked to enough affiliate managers, advertisers

at events etc etc etc)

 

You will be creating your own process maps and your own video training series based on my recommendations.

 

You pass these templates, systems, and processes off to your project manager, your departmental heads, and your outsourcers

so they can quickly design a process that works for them.

 

They have a system that works for them so they can scale their productiveness and increase their output by a factor of three. Also he has 60 days with me.

 

the first 30 days you have with me are the one-on-one calls once a week.

 

At the end of the 30 days you has an additional 30 days of support with me.

 

I’ll be overseeing your workflow and team growth.

 

My standard $25K mentoring package is 30 days, and 30 days of additional support.

 

That will be more than enough time to get you up to speed and you should be optimizing and ramping up your business and your campaigns

inside of two months anyways.

 

Most of my clients and students are up and running within the first 30 days.

 

If I have to commit anymore than 60 days to mentoring you that’s an additional $25,000 USD as I’m tying myself up with one client.

 

Thats not conducive with my business model or lifestyle.

 

This is why my target market are corporations, entrepreneurs who have established businesses, start up businesses that have the structure and team put into place and just need to know how to build grow scale And profit.

 

Corporations, Fortune 500 companies, that contract my services pay $75,000 USD to $100,000 USD per contract for the same 30 days consult and 30 days additional support.

I won’t know that until I have a sit down with you and your partner (if you have one) to figure out exactly where you are.

 

I will be going over a questionnaire with you and your partner (if you have one) before anything is done so I know exactly where you are.

I can help give you the best practices in training your staff but I do not train them. that’s you and your partners role.

A. You create the documentation based on what you are doing now, you have to create that because everyone does things differently.

 

Again I can help advise you and provide you with templates that you will need to adjust for your situation.

 

You can “plug and play” and use my templates together with your system and process, then we can customize everything so that it works for you.

A.  Here is a sample of my mentoring agreement that will give you a sense of what the benchmarks are

 

■1.4.2  Revenue Royalty Fee and Buy Out Incentive Clause: The Client also agrees to pay to the Consultant a royalty fee equivalent of 10% for each additional $50,000.00 USD gross revenue the Client’s business earns as a result of the advice and services provided by the Consultant and capped at 20% for each additional $200,000.00 USD gross monthly revenue the Client’s business earns as a result of the advice and services provided by the Consultant.

 

This amount is to be paid each and every month in perpetuity or until the client no longer actively sells their product or service or runs their business for monetary gain.

 

■The Buy Out Incentive Package: This package consist of the client offers a buy out incentive package to the consultant of approximately 3 months rolling gross revenue times 20% or the greatest rolling 3 months profit the client produced in that calendar ah year.

 

■Example: Client has generated $750,000.00 USD gross revenue each month over a rolling 3 month period the option to buy out consultant is $750,000.00 X 3 months X 20% =$450,000.00 USD to be paid in one amount by certified bank instrument or wire transfer.

A. As an example if you want to scale your business with paid advertising you are guaranteed to lose money....(or as I like to put it you are investing in buying data, then analyzing it, the using it to build your business.)

 

When it comes to buying traffic for your business we can do everything right and still not get the maximum effect on marketing campaigns because of other factors, i.e., merchant account gets shut down, your leads are fraudulent,  the economy collapses, etc etc etc
